The Rub of Time - Martin Amis

A miscellany of articles and essays published in newspapers and magazines along the last thirty years by this prolific writer. I find him very reasonable in politics and social matters and funny indeed in general and more specifically when referring to sports. A good deal of serious writing is dedicated to those giants of literature, Bellow, Nabokov, Updike.
