The Real Life of Sebastian Knight - Vladimir Nabokov

This was the first book Nabokov wrote in english and the novel is about a russian born writer who attends Cambridge and completes an english literary career. So there's a good deal of coincidences with author's own life. Apart from the boring pages where the ficticious books are discussed, the search by Sebastian's half-brother is entertaining and can be read as a mystery novel.
