Mother and Child - Rodrigo García (2009)

Paul Simon sang a mother and child reunion back in the seventies and this film is about mothers and children, not just one of each. Rodrigo is the son of García Marquez, the writer, and he knows his job: Filmmaker. Most of his films have women as main roles (I can't say why) and so happens in this one. Even the children are female. The story is about births and deaths and adopted children. Simple life. I liked when Annette Bening says: "I'm not a weirdo, I'm just a difficult person".
